With a positive impact in the North Florida region, Christ Church Tallahassee comprises a wide range of parishioners, united in worship and service. Within the Anglican tradition, Christ Church Tallahassee maintains nondenominational status and welcomes all who sincerely seek guidance from the Bible and inspiration with a group of like-minded people.

Giving back to the less fortunate is an essential aspect of what the clergy and the congregation stand behind, and they participate in a variety of outreach efforts. These include supporting ECHO outreach ministries and extend to the First Responders Initiative, which engages with local first responders and their loved ones. The church regularly holds Bible studies that augment worship services, and also organizes events such as the Second Sundays Concert on the Lawn.

Father Strickland has an extensive background in criminal justice, and was active with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office. He has continued to work with the organization since becoming a member of the ordained ministry, and volunteers with the Sheriff’s Office as chaplain.
